Contingency means that we receive no fee unless we successfully fill your opening, and clients are free to consider candidates from their own sources. When you need a person with a specialized skill set or a team for a short term project, we place our consultant on site with you. You pay us one hourly rate out of which we pay the consultant's salary, benefits, payroll taxes and overhead. This option is appropriate for easy-to-fill positions posted in the usual job boards which produce more resumes than the hiring manager has time to process. We read the resume of every respondent, phone interview those who match the minimum requirements, schedule in-person interviews between short-listed candidates and the hiring manager, and assist in offer negotiation and presentation for a fixed-price fee. We assign multiple senior recruiters to the project which we execute on our premises. So we don't burden your support staff, office space and computer resources. Plus, because of our parallel execution we complete the project in about one-third of the time compared with using an in-house or contact recruiter.
